Whether you are cataloging new stock, scanning existing items, or organizing your warehouse, the app puts powerful AI-driven tools right in your pocket. This guide walks you through every feature so you can hit the ground running.

Home Screen Overview

When you open the Tire Cloud app, the Home Screen is your central hub. It provides quick access to all major features through clearly labeled action buttons. Here is what you will find:

  • Profile - View and edit your account and business details
  • Logout - Securely sign out of your account
  • Guide - Access this user guide directly within the app
  • Manage Stock - View, edit, and organize your entire inventory
  • Load Item - Import existing inventory data quickly
  • Scan Barcode - Scan tire or label barcodes for instant lookup
  • Add Tire - Add a new tire to your inventory using AI
  • Add Rim - Add a new rim to your inventory

Profile

Your Profile is where you manage your account information and business details. Tap the Profile button on the Home Screen to view or update your name, email, phone number, company name, and business address. Keeping your profile accurate is important because this information appears on your public listings on Tires.org, helping customers find and contact your business. You can also manage your subscription plan and billing information from the Profile section.

Manage Stock

The Manage Stock feature is the heart of the Tire Cloud app. It provides a comprehensive view of your entire inventory -- every tire, every rim, all in one place. From this screen, you can:

  • Browse your full inventory with search and filter capabilities
  • View detailed product information for any item
  • Edit product details, pricing, and availability
  • Mark items as sold or remove them from your inventory
  • Print inventory labels with scannable barcodes
  • Share product listings directly with customers

The inventory list updates in real time, so any changes you make are instantly reflected across all connected platforms, including your website integration and Tires.org marketplace listings.

Load Item

The Load Item feature allows you to quickly import inventory data into the app. This is especially useful when you are onboarding existing stock that has already been cataloged elsewhere. You can load items by entering key details manually or by importing data from supported formats. The app will match your data against its database to auto-fill as much information as possible, saving you time and reducing the chance of errors.

Scan Barcode

The Scan Barcode feature turns your smartphone's camera into a powerful inventory lookup tool. Point your camera at any barcode on a tire sidewall, manufacturer label, or Tire Cloud inventory label, and the app will instantly pull up the associated product information. This is invaluable for:

  • Quickly locating items in your inventory
  • Verifying product details during receiving or shipping
  • Performing fast inventory audits without manual counting
  • Looking up pricing and availability on the spot

The barcode scanner is optimized for speed and accuracy, working reliably even in low-light warehouse environments.

Add Tire

Adding a new tire to your inventory is where Tire Cloud's AI truly shines. Tap the Add Tire button, snap a photo of the tire's sidewall, and the app's AI engine will automatically extract and interpret the tire's specifications. In seconds, the app generates a complete product listing that includes:

  • Tire size (width, aspect ratio, rim diameter)
  • Brand and model identification
  • Tread depth and condition assessment
  • DOT code and manufacturing date
  • Speed rating and load index
  • Suggested pricing based on market data

You can review and adjust any of the AI-generated details before saving the listing. Once saved, the tire is immediately added to your inventory and can be published to your connected sales channels with a single tap.

Add Rim

The Add Rim feature works similarly to Add Tire but is tailored for wheel and rim inventory. Capture a photo of the rim, and the app will help you catalog it with relevant details such as diameter, width, bolt pattern, offset, and finish type. You can also add pricing, condition notes, and multiple photos to create a complete listing. Rims are managed alongside tires in your inventory, giving you a unified view of all your wheel-related products.

Bottom Navigation Bar

The bottom navigation bar provides quick access to three core sections of the app, no matter where you are:

  • Home: Returns you to the Home Screen with all action buttons.
  • Tires: Opens a dedicated view of your tire inventory with advanced search, filtering, and sorting options. You can quickly find specific tires by size, brand, condition, or price range.
  • Rims: Opens a dedicated view of your rim inventory with similar search and filter capabilities. Browse by diameter, bolt pattern, brand, or finish.

The bottom navigation is always accessible, ensuring you can switch between sections of the app quickly and effortlessly.
